Our Young Ninja classes are 45 minutes and structured to give students quality Martial Arts instruction while, at the same time, providing them with the insights for good character development. Respect, discipline, self-control are the three major rules covered in all classes along with building confidence, self esteem and teaching manners. The classes are designed to strengthen your child’s body, create better balance (mentally and physically ) and develop better focus.
